What do I need to get my account setup?
Upon registration we activate your account immediately and our team creates an export template labeled as "TBPO" in your MLS for fast extraction. In the profile section you may optionally save a copy of your real estate license and signature image.
How long does it take to complete an order?
24 Hours or less. Often order are turned over much faster than 24 hours, realistically sometimes they will be later than 24 Hours.
What do you do if an order is late?
If an order is late we will still try to fill it ASAP unless the Agent explicitly requests cancellation.
Do you offer refunds for late orders?
If completed, then the answer would be no. Regardless of time the contractor is still entitled to be compensated fairly for their work.
Can I track what percentage of orders are completed on time?
Absolutely. This is one of many trackable metrics.
What if the valuation company is not on your list?
We can complete orders from any valuation company which has an online or exportable BPO form. If your company is not listed you can select Custom from the premium list. All custom orders are Premium orders.
Why do premium orders cost more than standard orders?
We don't currently have automation tools in place. There's not enough order volume from these companies to make it practical.
Is your service pre-paid or post paid?
Both. Our iForm automation uses pre-paid credits. 1 credit will deduct the first time the iForm is initiated. Our Outsourcing is post paid invoicing at the start of the week for the prior week (Sunday-Saturday). 1 additional week is the allowable time to make payment on pending invoices.
Why am I being charged for orders which are not complete?
The invoicing tracks all orders regardless of status. If you pay for an order which then gets cancelled it will deduct the next time an invoice is generated on your account. Refunded orders show as a negative instead of a $0.
Do quality controls cost extra?
No, quality controls are inclusive of the order fee.

No, order submits are inclusive of the order fee.
How secure is my information?
Our website offers the industry standard Comodo 128-Bit SSL Encryption keeping your data safe. We do not share or sell your data to any 3rd parties.
Do you use VPN for Clear Capital?
No, actually we have upgraded to use a virtual server with a static I.P. based in San Diego, CA.
How can you rest assure the I.P. won't change?
The virtual server is a controlled desktop environment wherein we have enabled the ability to login to ClearCapital but disabled the ability to for instance, change the I.P. address by using a virtual private network (VPN). In the event of an internet outage where connection to the virtual server is cutoff then it simply cannot be used until access through the virtual server resumes and the San Diego based I.P remains intact.
